Payments made via Athensspotlighted.com will be processed by  iVenture Card International Pty Ltd  ABN 47 148 173 719 Located at Level 14, 275 Alfred Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. Australia. An online payment processing fee of 1.5% is applied to purchases made by credit or debit card. This will be added to the total price of your purchase at payment. We take payment security seriously and as such some orders may be subject to manual review. If this happens you will be notified on your payment receipt and this review will be completed within 24-48 hours.

These terms and conditions of purchase are presented by IVCT Greece Pty Ltd , the operator the Athens Spotlighted program in Greece. The terms and conditions of Athens Spotlighted are governed by Greek law. Upon registering for this program or making a purchase of products offered on athensspotlighted.com:

• For the complimentary Athens Spotlighted program, a digital card (iPass), designated by a display of the Athens Spotlighted and iVenture logos, will be electronically loaded with offers such as discounts. An email will be sent to the customer with a PDF attachment for the digital pass, together with a with a link to download this digital pass to an Apple or Google Pay digital wallet on the nominated digital device such as a smartphone, if available
• For purchased items such as entry tickets to attractions & tours and/or passes, a separate booking voucher in PDF form will be emailed to the customer
• In both these cases the Digital Pass or booking voucher will enable the holder to obtain certain benefits (Benefits) when the Card is presented to the attractions, restaurants or other operators (Operators) as detailed on Athensspotlighted.com. By registering for the Athens Spotlighted Pass or making a purchase on the athensspotlighted.com purchasing this Package you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

1. Packages purchased online and selected for collection must be collected within 6 months of date of purchase and are valid 1 month from activation (collection or download);
2. Vouchers for individual tickets purchased are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
3. The Athens Spotlighted Pass is valid for 20 days from the date of issuance
4. Packages are purchased for use as a set number of tickets or days and are subject to use within a set period from first use as detailed below;
5. Only one Full Day Tour can be redeemed per pass
6. Unused Benefits included in purchased packages will expire 5 days after first use for Flexi Products and 3, 5 or 7 consecutive calendar days from first use for Unlimited Products;
7. For purchased packages, you may not return to an Operator to obtain a Benefit a second or subsequent time
8. For purchased packages, a minimum of one hour must pass between redeeming benefits (with the exception of the Get-On, Get-Off bus);
9. Refunds will not be provided for any unused Benefits or lost or stolen Cards;
10. Benefits presented on the Athens Spotlighted website may vary from time to time and as such you should confirm the availability of the Benefit with the Operator prior to use of the Pass and/or purchased packages;
11. To the extent permitted by law, iVenture disclaims all liability arising out of or consequent to your use of the Card, Guide and Benefits;
12. All responsibility for the conduct, quality, availability or other thing in respect of the use of any Benefit is solely borne by the relevant Operator;
13. iVenture limits our liability or warranties implied by statute or otherwise by resupplying the relevant services; and
14. All intellectual property rights used or embodied in or in connection with the Card, Guide or any related material is owned or licensed by iVenture Card International
